Depression and concentration trouble
I'm 23 years old male ,i have been dealing with deep depression from my teen age due to my parents qaurel often in our home and as both are working,am also a single child left alone in most of the times.It exposed me to certain things like porn,mastrubation addiction,heavy junk foods.And also I was exposed to sex in very early teen age with both the sexes.Now I have trouble in concentration and confused of my orientation.

Hi. That's a lot to deal with from such a young age. You are asking for help which in itself is great. Our past has a lot of influence on us and who we are as a person. We need to resolve it and move forward with it. I would suggest you to see a psychologist who will help you understand yourself and deal with the past and will work on your concentration issues.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
