I've been suffering with depression since my early teens. I've been self harming for years and have often suicidal thoughts and have attempted a few times in the past. I have a major fear of being abandoned and being alone and I have a short temper. Sometimes I'll do wreckless things with knowing the result of doing so, often to give myself a reason to hurt myself or feel ashamed to hate myself more and give me more reason to make myself believe I should be alone and hated.

Hello dear
the above mentioned symptoms are indicative of depressive mood disorder. You can try consulting a psychiatrist and a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. You can try discussing it with your parents or someone close so that they also help you. Try to engage yourself in activities that you like to uplift your mood.
