Depression and anxiety
I always feel anxiety in my day to day life and it get increases when I get attached with someone or coming in a relationship . In 2015 i faced major depression disorder in my life and I was in medication in that year I don't know what should I do or stop talking with anyone otherwise I stay at home only

Previous history odepression and anxiety ; sudden stoppage of previous anti-depressive medicine may cause further recurring of depression. If u need to cure it or stop from recurring then u must understand ur disease. Mental diseases are not treated only by medicine ,they needs psychotherapy and counselling in most of the cases. I advised u to consult again ur psychiatrist for continue ur treatment. Consult psychologist online or offline for better mental health management. U can also consult homoeopathic doctor to treatment ur disease, as homoeopathy has  very wonderful results in mental cases.

Hi Don't be so harsh on yourself Why would you stop talking to anyone There are problems in life and solutions also Instead of focusing on problem focus on solution if not able to take help of a mental health professional Anxiety is due to low self esteem and confidence. You Amy also have low self worth which you need to work on to find stability in all aspects of your life Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best Seek help

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
