Depressed and Intrusive thoughts
I often have intrusive thoughts and spontaneously have to do something. For example: I spontaneously wash my hands, bounce my leg or pick away at the skin of my fingertips. I also feel depressed and worthless. I feel as though I’m a failure and a disappointment to people. I have lost interest in many things i used to be interested in.
