Dental visit
I need to get RCT. What do I do ? I am scared of contracting corona... ?? Will I have to home quarantine myself if I visit a dentist. There are few positive cases in our area

Hi... Plz do take antibiotics only for recommended period only.. Its not advisable to keep taking medicines... If you find severity increasing then call us we can guide you accordingly. Take care..
Next Steps
Avoid hot food and use only ice application from outside. Avoid chewing from the affected side. But maintain good oral hygiene with brushing twice and use mouthwash for gargling.

If you don't  have any pain ..till now you are advised not to go for the treatment since there are few cases in your area but there is no substitute to the treatment You are requested to maintain  your  oral hygiene via brushing  twice daily,  rinsing  after every meal, take soft diet, and warm saline rinses.

Hello Mam, It's better to not do RCT now due to corona situation if you don't have too much discomfort. Take antibiotics and painkillers given by your dentist. A picture of the tooth would have helped to give you exact instructions. Anyway it's better to avoid hot cold and sweet food till you do RCT as these can trigger the pain anytime

take antibiotics and painkillers due salt water gargle if you feel food is getting stuck inside the tooth remove it by brushing,don't use safety pin or anything sharp to do so

kindly dont apply balm or heat or hot pack outside your mouth on the cheeks And don't worry

If you are from red zone then wait even though you dont have sign and symptoms of covid

There is always a possibility of contracting Covid infection so It's better not to go for any treatment except any emergencies .Visiting dental clinic in times like this is not good for you and also for others.
