Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for a week
Warm saline rinses between meals
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water

Hi how many days has been u fell ? Did u bite any hard object ? What is the color of ur tooth now ? Would be better if u attach a picture of present condition.. for pain u can take

U have to visit ur nearby dentist for x-ray of that tooth... It might undergo root canal treatment.. Only medicines won't help for long.
