How long can I wait to show it to dentist? I am out of station and want to be treated in a closer vicinity of my home for future treatment. Will it be done via anaesthesia or it can be a normal treatment at this stage. Thanks for your advice.

If it's not giving you any pain just do regular salt warm water rinses, tilting your head on that side and keep that area clean. Once you get back visit your dentist and post clinical and x ray evaluation the treatment plan would be decided.
Any extraction procedure is carried out under local anesthesia only.
