Hello! As per your description there must be only root stump covered with gums...In this case extraction is advisable as there is no sufficient tooth structure remaining to restore the same tooth...After 1 month get the tooth replaced by fixed prosthesis ( capping).

Hi. Looks like only the root stump is remaining for that tooth.
Please visit a nearby dental clinic. There might be possibility to save the tooth with post n core n Rct depending on what the x ray shows. If not.. You might have to get the root piece extracted in order to avoid further infection.
