My bottom teeth gums are receding and the teeth appear longer especially the bottom front teeth. Spaces and slight orientation has also started. Is it related to any vitamin deficiency? Is there any chance for gums growing back? I am 27 Male.

Receding gums doesn't necessarily means vitamin deficiency alone. Dental deposits and localized inflammation usually cause the problem together with misaligned tooth as a contributing factor. Visit a dentist for proper evaluation, diagnosis and removal of factor causing the problem . Maybe just scaling or cleaning professionally with certain medication would help to reverse condition.
