Three lower molars extracted are usually replaced by just two molars, third molars are not replaced. So two implants on each side has to be placed. We wait for minimum of three months after Extraction of teeth to place Dental Implants. After three months loading the Implants immediately or later depends on the bone type. I Need to see the CBCT before taking a decision. The total treatment cost at my clinic costs 1 lakh including  surgical placement of 4 Implants, Abutments, Temporary and Final prosthesis. No hidden costs.
Next Steps
Refer to a Prosthodontist and Implantologist.
Health Tips
We need to take many factors into consideration before planning for Implants, her systemic and past medical history, current medications, Surgical profile, condition of the opposing teeth, Oral hygiene and finally CBCT.  Success of the Implant treatment lies in Right case selection and proper planning. Practo consult me for more detailed evaluation of your mother's case.

If mother is healthy without any systemic diseases that is contraindicated for implant placement and if she is having adequate bone support, implant can be done. It’s a long procedure which can take up to 6 months to complete.usually third molars are not replaced as they won’t help much in chewing.so replacing the two molars wil be sufficient for her.the price can range from 18-25k or even higher depending on the clinic and specialist u opt for.

Hello sir, we have different varieties of implants... If you want immediate teeth after implant placement, the cost ranges from 50-60k and if you want regular conventional implants in which the teeth will be given after 3 months depending on your bone formation, for this the cost ranges from 25-50k.. Before the procedure need to confirm the bone height and width, whether implant can be done or not.. Need to check your mother's medical history also..
