Dental decay and allign
Sometimes there is a pain in my teeth so I get an x-ray in x-ray there is a small decay in my teeth behind the childhood teeth doctor say that u have to extract childhood teeth but the tooth behind it is not in good position so we can't go for alignment and suggest for implants.what is better for me and cost of implant

Since you are  already 26yrs the milk teeth is retained for more time now. So it's a good idea to get the milk teeth removed. Now the second part of your question considering your young age implants will be a good option. Dental implants now have become very affordable and may be cost a few thousands more than a Dental bridge. So you can safely go for dental implants.

Its difficult to say without taking a look at the xray or seeing you. The decay may be too deep causing pain. Or decayed too much that it requires removal Retained milk teeth might shake over time and needs to be replaced if permanent tooth not present. Implant is the best way of replacement if a tooth cannot be saved. Implant costs start from 25000 upwards for good brands.
