Dental braces
Hello doctor! I have one crooked tooth that needs alignment but I want to get it done ASAP. If I go on and get dental braces, how long will it take to fix it and I wanted to know how much metal braces would cost in Chandigarh and can be paid instalment-wise.

The duration of orthodontic treatment (braces) can vary depending on the severity of the crooked tooth and your specific case. On average, traditional metal braces can take anywhere from 12 to 24 months to achieve the desired alignment. However, some cases might require a shorter or longer treatment time. Regarding the cost of metal braces in Chandigarh, the price can vary from one dental clinic to another. Generally, the cost of braces includes the initial consultation, the braces themselves, periodic adjustments, and the removal of braces. It's best to schedule consultations with a few orthodontists in your area to get a more accurate estimate of the cost based on your individual case. Many dental clinics offer payment plans or instalment options to make the cost of braces more manageable for patients. These plans can help spread out the payments over the duration of the treatment, making it more affordable for you. When you visit the orthodontist for a consultation, be sure to inquire about the cost, payment options, and any available discounts or promotions. Keep in mind that orthodontic treatment is an investment in your oral health and appearance, and achieving the best results often requires a comprehensive approach. It's important to choose an experienced orthodontist who can guide you through the process and help you achieve the desired outcome.

even if you only have. one tooth that needs to be re-alligned you would still need braces on your entire dentition. The treatment usually lasts fro 1-1.5 years followed by retainer for a few months. Metal braces usually start around 30K to 45K depending upon the type you choose and the clinic.
