Hi You should focus more on liquid and semi solid diet like . plenty of fluids .tender coconut water . fruits specially papaya,Kiwi ans all others too .Protein rich diet

Keep monitoring your platelet count on daily basis.. Red colour fruits, kiwi juices, tender coconut ors electral, soups and good protein diet.
