Kindly don't go to platelates count....go to patient condition. Itching phase appear in recovery phase... Kindly consult to Dr .for danger signs and further treatment..

Usually in recovery phase itching appear...And platelets count increase simultaneously.

Usually itchy rash with increasing trend of total WBC counts and otherwise stable child, most probably the platelets tend to increase.. However it is not always seen...
