Fever and Headache is not decreasing even after taking Paracetamol 650mg and required the repeat the dose just after 4 to 5 hours. Can I give sumo tab ? Is it safe ~

Generally fever last for 5-6 days in any viral fever... Paracetamol is very safe drug u can take 2gm daily.  Sumo tab is NSAID group it affects platelet function n in dengue Der is decrease in platelet count.  So avoid any NSAID like sumo,  combiflam,  diclofenac.
Next Steps
Monitor Hemogram.  Continue paracetamol 8 hrly n sos. Plenty fluids min 2 lit per day.
