Dengue 6th day platelets 99k
My wife suffering from dengue since Monday, Tuesday did ns1 test and it was positive and platelets was 206000. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the count is 151K,141k and 99K. She looks stable day by day and now temperatures around 99.5 (max) after giving her calpol 650 in 12hours interval. Do we need the admission ? When the platelets will improve? WBC count is 4000 now.

Hi Admission  may  be  needed  if  the platelets  down  again  below  50000 And  if  any  bleeding  from  any  site Like  gum / stool / skin  rash. And  weakness And  vomitting Pain in abdomen Or  loose  motions  starts
