Let the decision for doing Caesarean be left to the wisdom of the Gynaecologist. I am sure all ladies  want a healthy baby. They don't want explanations as to why baby had injury during delivery or why baby was in the ventilator for 14 days.

There are no particular tips for delivery. It will depend upon a number of factors as your pelvis, baby weight , labour pains . What you could do is maintain hydration, eat healthy, exercise .
