It depends on several factors whether you can try for vaginal delivery .Most importantly  your previous obstetric history - the reason for c section ,complications  during and post delivery ,birth weight of the babies .Present pregnancy  factors also influence the decision  like position of baby ,placenta position, your personal history ,your pelvic examination findings ,the  hospital  setting you are visiting( because you need an infrastructure  which can manage all the complications). If you are planning for a permanent  contraceptive measure like tubal ligation ,you can plan that along with this c section and no need to undergo another surgery  for that

Theoretically yes. Practically NO. Once I got a call from a Nursing home for a patient who had previous three Caesareans and got admitted to the Nursing home with labour pains as an emergency much before her due date. That day there was a terrible rush on the roads. Virtually all roads were jam packed. It took me more than an hour to reach the Nursing home whereas I normally used to reach that place within 10 minutes. During that time the patient progressed well and she delivered. But if I had reached the Nursing home in reasonable time I would have done a Caesarean .

It depends on the situation at the time of labour But it's better not to try for normal labour after 2 C sections

Hi after 2 c-sections, the chances of previous section scar rupture are high if you go for trial of normal delivery. Hence its best to go with C-section. Kindly connect online to discuss mother-child risks with 3rd c-section

Yes. It is possible but very high risk. It depends upon various factors previous indications for caesarean section, operative tecnical method, any intraoperative complications, Your pelvis type and measurements, current baby postion, placental position, etc,. It is better to have repeat cesarean delivery to avoid complications like scar rupture. But if you are consistent and want to have normal delivery discuss with your obstetrician and plan accordingly.
