Getting irregular periods. My average cycle length is 45 days instead of 28 days. Once i got period after 72 days.

Normal cycle length for most women is 24 to 38 days. However your cycles are longer then this normal variation. Visit a Gynaecologist who can assess the reasons by doing a hormonal profile and ultrasound. Medical management will be helpful alongwith healthy diet and exercise
