Delayed periods after Dronis 30
I have been taking dronis 30 for last 3 months for cycle regulation due to PCOD. Everytime i would get my periods on the 5th day of last pill. But this time, it has been a week and no periods. When can i expect it? Should i start next pack of Dronis even if there are no periods?

Periods on Dronis 30 usually come during the pill-free interval, but sometimes the withdrawal bleed can be delayed or even skipped — especially in PCOD.
❓ What to do:
If there was any chance of pregnancy, do a urine pregnancy test first.
Mild delay can happen and is usually not serious.

With PCOD, delayed or missed withdrawal bleeding can happen even while on Dronis 30.
Periods usually come 3–7 days after the last pill, but sometimes may be delayed up to 10–14 days.
If you are sexually active, do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
Next steps:
You can start the next pack on time even if bleeding has not started, after ruling out pregnancy.
If periods are repeatedly missed or there is no bleed for 2 cycles, consult your gynecologist for review.
This is common with PCOD and usually not a cause for concern.
