Hi, please do urine pregnancy test (if applicable). If its negative (or not applicable)then this must be due to hormonal issues. Then you will need medicines for withdrawal bleeding

Get a lower abdomen ultrasound scan done along with- TSH, DAY2 LH, FSH, Free testosterone. This needs follow up for the final diagnosis and futher further treatment.
