Pls book your consultation with me. Low vitamin D and calcium levels may lead to osteoporosis. So the levels need to be maintained.. add some ghee,walnuts,flaxseeds to your diet But again the prescription varies on your other medical profile as well. So book your appoinment now. See you

Just take vitamin D supplement, once a week after meals for 12 week.
