Deficiency of vitamin D
I have vitamin D - 9.87 ng/ml, which is very low and what supplement should I take? As ideal level is 20 - 50 is considered adequate for healthy people.

Take cholecalciferol (vit-d3) sachet 60000 IU one's in a week for 8 week's. Tab shelcal 500 one's in a day for 1 month. Drink plenty of water. 3 litres per day. Morning sun bath. Have milk and milk products.
