Deficiency of Vitamin D
Hi, I have recently done my blood report where everything is normal except Vitamin D. It shows Vitamin D count as 20.3 (Insufficient) Do I need to take any medication? Please suggest. Thanks Deven Dave

Hey, you might meed to take medication for vitamin D deficiency. Please start Cap Lumia D3 60k one tablet in one week for 6 weeks. Then continue one tablet in one month for 6 months.
