Iam diabetic from 12yrs.Recently I got my regular blood test .My hba1c reading is 7.1, ferritin level is 8.39.Is this normal.what action should I take

Take your diabetic medication regularly. Start with speed walking for atleast 10min in morning and evening. Take iron supplement like Hemigro XT capsule 1tablet per day. Increase intake of green leaf vegetables.

You should continue the medication for diabetes regularly. Take iron supplements for deficiency.and take more green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet. You can take iron injection also .
