I has been a smoker for almost 5 years and now have quit smoking but my symptoms are not going with time.. what can be done to clear my airways amd relieve irritation in chest. There is no shortness of breath but phelgm discharge bis heavier than normal in the morning. Any treatment or procedure that i need to follow ?

Smoking causes bronchitis.may be due to Allergic also.This may cause excessive phlegm formation. Pl give clear history. You have to be investigated.pl do Lung exercises. Pl consult Pulmonologist online.
