Deep Bite flrorosis in front teeth
Hello doctor, I have deep bite and fluorosis in my front teeth. My upper front teeth are slightly inward, and they were never shiny  they have always looked dull. In 2015 i found cavity in front teeth then In 2017, I had cavities and got fillings done. One tooth had deep cavity, so medicine was placed before filling. Now teeth look darker, feel weak, and I cannot brush hard on them, so braces may not be possible. This affects my confidence while smiling. And after that i also face many times a bump inside the nose and that pain goes on teeth very unbearable. Please suggest a safe and budget-friendly treatment without removing natural teeth.I am very introverted person and i feel so stressed 😥.Help Thank you.

Hello You might go for treatment options like veneers, crowns where there is no need to remove the natural tooth As you mentioned about the bump it’s better to get the radiographic evaluation done

First, don’t worry Your natural teeth can usually be saved. Fluorosis causes internal stains, so whitening alone may not fully work. If teeth feel weak or painful (especially with a bump near the nose), one tooth may need proper evaluation — possibly root canal treatment if infection is present. Budget-friendly options to improve smile: • Professional cleaning • Teeth whitening (if suitable) • Composite bonding (affordable and conservative) • Orthodontic correction only after teeth are healthy Braces are possible once infection and sensitivity are treated. Please visit a dentist for X-ray and proper diagnosis first. Most of these problems are treatable without removing natural teeth. You can regain your smile and confidence.

There are many treatment options to correct the appearance of the front teeth like whitening, composite buildup, veneers or ceramic crowns . Please visit Dentist to discuss these in detail. If teeth alignment is also needed, that can be sorted with crowns . WRT the lump in nose ,please see ENT consultant .
