Decreased milk production
I have a 4 month old baby and my milk production is decreasing I am giving him formula 2 times a day to supplement is it possible to increase my milk supply so I can exclusively breastfeed him

Yes absolutely you can increase your breast milk , have more greeny leafy vegetables , fruits , have milk at night . Have " Sura puttu "  search for this in Google . It's shark receipe which acts to increase the breast milk have twice a week .

Try to Give Breast milk only till 6 months. Things that can help increase your milk supply: * Feed more offern, it will help to stimulate breast milk. * Feed from both breast *Eat plenty of vegetables like carrots, yams, and dark leafy greens. * Pumping between feedings can also help you increase milk production.  * Avoid stress and anxiety.

Take Jeerakarishtam 25-30 ml after food, twice daily. SATAVAREX GRANULES 1tsp along with Luke warm milk, once or twice daily. Galakol  Tablet 1.... 0.... 1 after food For more details consult me online through this platform.

These is the common problem of now days mothers...yup Ayurveda have many medicines for these...but i think i want to expalin mechanism of lactation...when u take ur baby in ur hand and love him or her with affection then that senses go to brain and from brain it goes to pitutary galnd and from there to ur breast then lactation occurs....so its on u yo have ur baby for more time in ur hands...these is basic mechanism it will helps u a lot along with that there are some stress or something dur to which these lactation hampers so have medicines it will also be helpfull but u have to give more affection amd love tp ur baby along with medicines....
