Sir i am suffering dandruff problem and hair fall continuously last 2 years so.please give me any suggestion .

Hello.....
Dry scalp is the main reason of dandruff.... n dandruff is one of the reasons for hair fall....
So regular application of oil on the scalp will help....
Also eating Almonds, Walnut, Coconut, Flax seeds..... regularly will provide nourishment to the hair roots.....
Putting Almond oil in nostrils at night is also helpful....
Do regular Pranayam.....
Drink 12_14glasses of water Daily.....
Avoid Meat/Smoking/Alcohol....
Avoid use of any Anti Dandruff shampoo....
Avoid any harsh chemicals.... or hair treatment.... dryers or such electrical appliances
