It seems to be recurrent folliculitis. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated.
It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively but you need an expert Homeopathic physician asap.
It can be due to harmonal imbalance which might increase the sensitivity and susceptibility of the hair follicles, hence can lead to bacterial or fungal infection recurrently.
