Dandruff issue
I have this big, and in fact bigger pieces of dandruff stuck to my head. These are not dry or flaky but actually attached to my head and no matter how many times I peel it off, it comes back. I've tried scalpe pro but that doesn't help much either

This sounds more like seborrheic dermatitis or possibly scalp psoriasis, especially since the scaling is thick, adherent, and recurrent. Simple dandruff shampoos like Scalpe Pro may not be enough for such conditions.
Next Steps
You’ll likely benefit from a ketoconazole + salicylic acid combination shampoo used 2–3 times/week. Leave it on the scalp for 5 minutes before rinsing. For thicker plaques, a topical steroid-lotion (like clobetasol with salicylic acid) might be needed under dermatological supervision.
Health Tips
Avoid over-scraping as it worsens inflammation. Manage stress, as flare-ups are common during stressful periods. Consider a teleconsultation for precise diagnosis and stronger prescription treatments if needed.
