How often to use Ketoconzole ? And what is the remedy for dry scalp. I've already attended a dermat but I'm not satisfied.

Use ketoconazole alternate days initially...and maintain wiith once weekly use once the scaling has subsided significantly
Next Steps
some coconut oil may be applied  post wash if you feel dryness
