Nit much..U need specific medicine..You are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis.. Medicine available for good improvement......As the treatment varies depending on the severity... Send photos of the affected area, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Ok just send me the close pics of ur scalp... And discuss me with all details in chat section because I want asses the reason behind severe dandruff... As there are many cause which leads to this condition... Without discussion appropriate diagnosis can't be made which is foremost imp in the treatment of the disease.. otherwise it will work for some time only...

I don't understand what is natural and unnatrual. If someone develops  chest pain, will you look for natural  remedy or go to a hospital? Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
