It depends on the quantity of sugar you all are taking.As sugar increases the internal inflammation.Its not good for health rather than have jaggery .Please consult for more information.

As we all know sugar is big problem for lot of health conditions , I would suggest to eat sugar in a moderation amount , as do not exceed the amount of sugar on daily basis

Nothing in excess is good for health. You have to limit the quantity of sugar, sweets etc for overall calorie consumption. Also have a balanced diet , take adequate amount of fibre, stay active and lead a healthy lifestyle . So 1-2 tsp per day is fine as long as you don't have any medical history and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Hi, try to limit to one spoon visible sugar per person per day and invisible would be from the sweet foods so try to have sweet only once a week.
