Cyst seen below one teeth no pain
In X-ray seen cyst under down teeth on left side rct getting not much improvement actually while doing rct when needle is pricked pain is felt otherwise no pain even while eating teeth is very hard not moving by hand

Are you sure it is a cyst? Because RCT is not the treatment protocol for a cyst. There are only two ways to manage a cyst: enucleation, or marsupialization. Maybe it is an abcess. That would explain why pain is felt. Because pus inhibits the anesthesia from working, and abcesses are files with pus. So... Assuming that it is an abcess, do not worry. During the next appointment ask your dentist to use more anesthesia. Since the RCT is going on, it will get better within a week.

If cystic lesion seen beyond teeth then it means bone loss in that region and it is increased by time. So please rectify the problem as early as possible. The treatment possibility for that lesion: 1. Apicoectomy or root surgery 2.  Re rct 3.  Extraction of teeth
