Hi
My mom has got a cyst or pappiloma on lower lip around 8 years back and the size of it is constant and its soft and is painless.
Recently she has tried to remove it by using some home remedies using lime (Choona) which has caused the wound and thus we visited the doctor.
One of the ENT Doctors has suggested to get it removed as it may get hardened in future and cause issues
I would like to known whether it's advisable to remove it or not.
Thanks,
Dimple

Cyst and papilloma are different totally don’t get confused. Consult an Oral Medicine specialist who is an expert in Mouth and Jaw diseases and cancer. U may consult either physically or through Practo consult. Tc
