Cyst found in midline pelvis in MRIspine
My sister was facing severe headaches and we got her tested for MRI Cervical spine and found the following impressions and note Early disc dessication changes C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels. Small lipohemangioma in the C7 vertebral body. Note: Well defined cyst measuring 51 x 15 mm is seen in the midline pelvis between the fundus of urinary bladder and anterior uterine wall - For USG correlation Should we be concerned about the cyst, we are unclear what to do.

To know the nature of the cyst anterior to uterine wall, CT Scan would be preferable. At the same time needs to be tested for CA125 levels
