Cut in the upper back
Hello Doctor, I accidentally fell down in my kitchen few days ago. Last night I saw there was a cut on my back. What should I do. I have attached the pic. Please suggest. Thank you.

Take inj. Tetanus toxoid vaccine, tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
If pain, take tab voveran 50mg one every 8hours for 2 to 3 days after meals.
Clean wound, apply betadine ointment.

There is no active bleeding. You should get the wound cleaned and use some antibiotic ointment.
You have to take Inj Tetvac and some antibiotics orally
