  4. Cubitus Valgus. Excercise that may help?

Cubitus Valgus
I have cubitus valgus in both my arms. Can anyone suggest a solution for this except surgery? Any particular excercise that may help? I need immediate results as I have to appear before a medical board.

Hello there,,, I have addressed this problem in this forum only,,,you can have a look at that. You need to provide details regarding the carrying angle at elbow and what exam you have to appear? Regards.
