Hallux valgus
I have developed a bunion in both my feet. Sometimes it pains in my sole under the great toe, when I walk or run (more in the right foot). How to correct it and stop it from getting worse?

Hello, thank you for your question. You have moderate grade bunion on the right and mild in left great toe. It is not of severe grade and hopefully will not require any surgical intervention (although that can be definitively decided on X rays) You can use toe spacer in both the feets and use soft and spongy sole shoes.
Next Steps
Try to strengthen your foot muscles. You can take the help of this video https://youtu.be/4zcj-ld6fw4

Get your feet, leg alignment checked. Blood test for arthritis profile. If associated flexible flat feet are see then footwear modification needed. If gouty arthritis is there then that is treated accordingly
