I have cubitus valgus
My carrying angle is 20 degree....how can i reduce it to normal so that i can join forces....please help me

Cubitus valgus means that your arm is outwardly deviated. As you must have read the normal carrying angle is about 11°. The only way to reduce the carrying angle is to undergo a surgery at this age. The most common cause of this deformity is unattended fractures in childhood. Normally if there is no other complaint to the patient it is left as such because elbow joint is a non-weightbearing joint.

My opinion is to opt for another low demand profession as undergoing surgery for just cosmetic reasons is not recommended at all.
