These are the nuclear study I under gone till now in my life time , it cause cancer by ct radiation pls clarify me, i am afraid of it. My father is pancreatic cancer patient now he is no more with us . I am so afraid of it.

X ray has far less radiation than CT scan, with the imaging frequency you have mentioned, the chances of fitting cancer are very very less I.e., almost equal to general population, so you need not worry

The total exposure from the above investigation is below the danger level for sure so you don’t need to to worry about it .
Please make sure that any investigation are done only on advise of a modern medicine registered medical practitioner , so that unnecessary investigation can be avoided , there is not radiation that is safe , every single unit of radiation can cause harmful effects , so always avoid unnecessary radiation exposure
