Radiation Effect panic due to CT scan

I took xrays
2010 leg
2011 leg
2017 chest
2022 kidney
2023 chest
3CT:
1-2022 ct abdomen and pelvis with contrast (they take several attempts to see dye is spread or not)
2-2022 ct brain
3-2023 ct abdomen and pelvis at the time of mri
All the results are normal, my father is a pancreatic cancer patient, now he is no more with us . That panic makes to take scan for even small pain persist. Now having more fear wheather these radiation have change of convert to cancer. Please guide me whether I need to take any precautions to get rid of it. Also guide to take foods medicines to overcome from radiation before causing some thing, I am in panic of radiation

The radiation dose of x rays is very minimal to cause cancer. And for the cumulative radiation dose with your mentioned number of ct scans is far less to cause cancer, so please don't worry.
