Crp is ok for the vaccine. Your interpretation is wrong on the matter. However, as far as the allergies are concerned, please provide a test dose for her and check for allergy and then monitor. If no allergy, then you may proceed with the full course

Consider keeping an anti allergic pill on standby after vaccine.
