Hi,
I recently got new crowns by dent care. However, i was not satisfied with the treatment by my dentist. While this might not be required ( touch wood), wanted to check if warranty works only through same dentsist or i can appraoch any other denstist with the warranty card and get treatment. ( and ofcourse replacement of crowns as needed)

The warranty for any manufacturer works as per the cards terms. Written on the card. Just check with them. Secondly there will be definitely Dentist fee wherever you get the rework done. Because the Dentist has to do alot of repeat work like on a new teeth , in when crown is repeated . Usually( depends on the patients teeth etc) you can visit a different dentist to use that warranty.

Hi yes the warranty works with another dentist provided the dentist is associated or tied up with that lab as well.
Also tell your dentist what exactly you are not happy with as it may be helpful in communicating the same with the lab to achieve a good finish and result.
Next Steps
Some clauses may be mentioned on the warranty card which every practitioner needs to abide by.
Please get a consult and plan accordingly.
its always that u have to go back to same dentist because other dentist might not take responsibility of why you are not satisfied with the treatment and warranty only works for fracture of crown or chipping off of the crown not anything else
