Hi... As per your history it looks like you have developed dental abscess to that front tooth. First you can just take tab crocin painkiller and check if pain stops. If not then you can also take antibiotics like Cap Augmentin 625mg and tab enzoflam each Dailly two times for 5 days provided you are not allergic.          The reason for this trouble is either only crown was done without Root canal treatment which Dr must have thought not necessary that time. And if Root canal was done then there is some recurrence of infection or there may be root cyst which happens due to infection or there is fracture of the tooth root. YOU NEED PROPER CONSULTATION WITH EXPERIENCED DENTIST FOR CORRECT DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT.

Ideally it needs a xray to see whether some infection has developed in the tooth.Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days Warm saline rinses between meals ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg ☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 Tab Ketorol DT dispersed in water

As of now you can take two tablets of ketorol dt by dissolving it in water for immediate relief. I will advice you to do 3 days of antibiotic (amoxicillin cv 625mg twice daily) course to reduce infection. Avoid biting from front teeth area, and take soft diet.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist to get x-ray done for the final diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
