Hi... As per your history it looks like you have developed dental abscess to that front tooth. First you can just take tab crocin painkiller and check if pain stops. If not then you can also take antibiotics like Cap Augmentin 625mg and tab enzoflam each Dailly two times for 5 days provided you are not allergic.
The reason for this trouble is either only crown was done without Root canal treatment which Dr must have thought not necessary that time. And if Root canal was done then there is some recurrence of infection or there may be root cyst which happens due to infection or there is fracture of the tooth root. YOU NEED PROPER CONSULTATION WITH EXPERIENCED DENTIST FOR CORRECT DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT.

Health Tips
Before that you can consult me online on practo or WhatsApp or Google to reach me.
Ideally it needs a xray to see whether some infection has developed in the tooth.Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
Warm saline rinses between meals
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 Tab Ketorol DT dispersed in water
As of now you can take two tablets of ketorol dt by dissolving it in water for immediate relief. I will advice you to do 3 days of antibiotic (amoxicillin cv 625mg twice daily) course to reduce infection.
Avoid biting from front teeth area, and take soft diet.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist to get x-ray done for the final diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
For pain relief u have to take medicine, u can take tab .Enzo flam twice a day, if pain is severe take tab.ketorol DT by dissolving in water whenever there is pain considering that u don't have allergy for any medications, if swelling occurs then u have to take antibiotic course.
Next Steps
whenever lockdown is over u can visit to dentist for x-ray and further treatment.
An xray vl rule out the problem .. but as of now as it is nt possible.. u can take medicines
Aceclofenac p thrice a day
