Crooked jaw that slowly progressed
I have been suffering from severe TMJ pain since last 7 odd years.My lower jaw is slightly crooked and has become more shifted towards the left because of TMJ.I have difficulty talking,eating, chewing hard foods and yawning because of pain and jaw imbalance.Over the last 5 years it has become worse.The chin has also shifted towards the left worsening theTMJ.I consulted numerous doctors before but all they said that live with this condition.Is there any permanent solution to as it has also affected my appearance and confidence?

You need to seek an appointment with an orthodontist to figure out any assymetry of the jaw. There are some x rays u will need for that. After that the orthodontist can also have a joint consult with a surgeon to decide further action.
