CRATER ON RIGHT CHEEK

This crater like thing is formed on my right cheek. I do not have any issues with speaking. But cannot chew food on the right side. What could be the possible reason behind this?

That crater is because of your wisdom tooth. Wisdom tooth is out of alignment due to which while chewing is hitting your cheek. Get X-ray done . You will have to remove it for better comfort
