Cramps in the stomach
Stomach pains a lot. I get regular chums every month but after dat after 2 - 3 days the pain starts. Sometimes the lower abdominal also pains.

Need to have regular food habit and drink adequate water
Deworm with tab albendazole 400mg once
Need to also exclude pelvic inflammatory disease or chronic giardiasis....need to attend clinic of MD physician if needed
