Cracking sound from bones
There is crackling sound in bones from different parts of body. When my husband walks there's sound from left ankles. When he twists wrist, there's sound, shoulders, arms elbows. I know that air from bone joints creates such sound but this entire bones making sound. Is there any problem with so much cracking sound. Also whenever he have pain in bones it takes more than a month for pain to go. Is there any deficiency of vitamins or calcium. Please let me know.

It is the sedentary and inactive lifestyle that is likely to be more contributing to such sounds. The pains occur when the body part is unable to meet the challenge.
